To that end, we focus on strengthening existing systems in Haiti that will create the greatest impact. Rather than simply delivering aid, we aim to ensure that this work is sustainable by forging critical partnerships and offering skills training that opens the door to better opportunities.

will direct a training and operations program within Impact Hub called GeoHaiti. GeoHaiti trains adults on geospatial information systems (GIS) that serve to improve community disaster resilience. Academy of Women Entrepreneur (AWE) is an international program to teach women around the world to be successful entrepreneurs. There are specific challenges that women face as business owners from gender inequality, limited funding, balancing responsibilities, inadequate support, limited knowledge, unfavorable business environment, and timidity. These are the root why so many ran businesses fail. Research has shown countries that have strong presence of women entrepreneurs are stronger economically in addition to being more peaceful. Our goal is to empower women to enable them be more successful as entrepreneurs.In this 12-week program participants will refine their business through an online course Dreambuilder, as well as in-person workshops and seminars every Saturday Fall 2019, at Impact Hub Port-au-Prince.
